Shetland

Brilliant weekend in Lerwick, Shetland. Great bands, friendly people. We would like to especially thank Jeff for booking us and his hospitality all weekend. Hope to return sometime soon.

The Cureheads

We are delighted to announce that next year we will be playing a host of gigs with the world's best Cure tribute The CUREHEADS as part of their 25th anniversary.
It all starts in February but keep checking back for more dates.

The Cureheads were formed in 1990. The band played its first show in Stockholm in July 1990 at Frietzfronten in St. Eriksgatan 89, an underground bar owned by a Swedish political party, and played its first large headline show at the WGT in 1995. The band has toured in the UK, the USA, continental Europe, and South America, playing festivals, including opening for Echo and The Bunnymen and The Pretenders at Guilfest.[1] The band state that they strive to re-create the experience of seeing a mid to late 1980s concert by The Cure, including not only the sound, but also the wardrobe, attitude, stage, light show and various video and computer images.

Wigan Gig Cancelled

Unfortunately we have had to cancel this week's gig in Wigan. Our now EX drummer has, this week, decided to leave the band, giving us no notice whatsoever. This has made it impossible to find a stand in at such short notice. We apologise to anyone who bought tickets or were planning to come to the gig. We would have hoped, after explaining the situation to the venue, that we could have rearranged the gig for next year, this looks unlikely.
However, Batley, Bury St Edmunds and Glasgow gigs will go ahead as planned as we have arranged a stand in drummer.

Rebellion Fringe Show

Many thanks to everyone who took time out from the Rebellion Festival to come into see us at the Tache in Blackpool on Saturday. Cheers for your continued support.
Gigs are already being booked in for next year, the Roadhouse in Birmingham and the Vic in Swindon. More to be confirmed.

NEWCASTLE O2

BATLEY

Great night at Brooklands Live in Batley on Sunday.
Thanks to all who came along and made us feel welcome, great bands and atmosphere.
Cheers to the Guttersluts for the use of back line and excellent job from the sound engineers.
Hope to be back at Brooklands soon!

Next up, Beat Generator in Dundee on May 30th.

England Gigs

Two great nights in Blackpool and Nottingham.
Thanks to everyone for turning out and making us welcome. Great venues and friendly people.
Special thanks to Kieran from The Cobras and Steve at The Greyhound.
We have been booked to play The Greyhound again next year, Saturday 12 July 2014.

That's our last gigs for this year though.
See you next year..........
